RhinoResurf for Rhino, a reverse engineering tool that gives Rhino the ability to reconstruct NURBS surface(s) from mesh or point cloud with specified precision. RhinoResurf also provide features for free-form surface modeling from polygon lines(mesh).

Mesh_to_single_NURBS is a stand-alone application that converts an open mesh to a single NURBS surface. It can import .stl mesh file and export nurbs surface to .igs file.

Point_cloud_to_NURBS is a stand-alone application that fits a point cloud to NURBS surface. It can import point cloud file and export NURBS surface to .igs file.

OBJ_mesh_to_solid is a stand-alone application that helps user blend NURBS surfaces from OBJ polygon mesh. It can import .obj file and export NURBS surface to .igs file. When you have any polygon mesh created from CG software ( e.g Maya) and would like to blend high quality NURBS surfaces, this small software may help you. Different from Mesh_to_single_NURBS , the NURBS surfaces here do not fit to the OBJ mesh. The algorithm used in this software is based on the paper named Constructing_C1_Surfaces_of_Arbitrary_Topology_using_Biquadratic_and_Cicubic_ Splines written by Professor Jorg Peter.

MeshFlatten(stand-alone) is a stand-alone application that unfolds 3D mesh to 2D mesh. It can import .stl mesh file, export 2d mesh to .stl file and export 2D boundary line to .igs file.
