How to run RhinoResurf command in evaluation?

Question: I have downloaded RhinoResurf evaluation plug-in from here(http://www.resurf3d.com/rhinoresurf04/RhinoResurfV1_5.exe) and loaded it into Rhino, also I can see a submenu 'RhinoResurf' in Rhino menu bar. How can I try RhinoResurf command?

Answer: To try RhinoResurf command, select any menu item in 'RhinoResurf' menu to start a command. For example, in RhinoResurf for Rhino 5(64-bit), I click 'Single surface from points' to run command '_RsPoints2Surf'. You will see a dialog shown as the following picture. Then I click the button 'Try', the dialog will disappear and I can start to run any command in RhinoResurf very well. If I have register the software, the dialog will not show any more.
